The ticket includes Conference registration, access to the Exhibit Hall, interactive prayer room, late night activities, New Year’s Celebration, and 2 lunches.

Early Early registration discount ends at midnight (CST) on October 16, 2026. Starting October 17 the price will be $149 / student. The Early Early discount is only available to students.
Early registration ends at midnight (CST) on November 30. Starting December 1 the price will be $179 / person.

During registration, attendees are charged a processing fee based on the type of registration chosen. Housing, dinner and travel meals, parking, merch, and sightseeing are paid for separately by attendees.

Yes! A non-refundable, non-transferable $50 deposit can be paid to lock in any discounted price!

Balances must be paid in full by midnight (CST) December 26th in order to receive a GOLDEN TICKET, which gives you access to Express Check-In.

Parking for guests at the Embassy Suites is $10 per car per day and includes in-and-out privileges.
