REGISTRATION

  • Individual Registration: $255

    Married Registration: $250

    Childcare Registration:

    0 - 18 months: FREE

    18 months - 3 years: $20

    3 -6 years: $20

    6 - 12 years: $50

    12 - 17 years: $75

  • The ticket includes Conference registration, access to the Exhibit Hall, Late Night activities, New Year’s Celebration, shared hotel room (4 per room for individuals; 2 per room for married), 2 lunches on-site, and 1 dinner on-site.

  • Early registration ends at midnight (CST) on December 6.

  • During registration, attendees are charged a processing fee based on the type of registration chosen. Dinner meals, parking, merch, and sightseeing are paid for separately by attendees.

  • Yes! A non-refundable, non-transferable $50 deposit can be paid to lock in the early price!

  • Balances must be paid in full by midnight (CST) December 26th in order to receive a GOLDEN TICKET, which gives you access to Express Check-In.

  • Because housing is included in the ticket price, we are not able to offer partial registrations.

  • Yes! Come to Check-In and bring your debit / credit card for payment and we will take care of the rest!

  • Yes! We can take debit / credit card payments on-site; however, you will not receive a GOLDEN TICKET or have access to the Express Check-In line.

  • We accept all major debit / credit cards.

  • Refunds - $50 of every registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance is refundable. To request a refund, please email us or call (337) 261-0028.

Conference

  • December 29 2023 - January 1, 2024

  • South Central SALT Conference is hosted by the South Central Region of Chi Alpha Campus Ministries, U.S.A. and is primarily attended by college students connected to chapters in our region. The Conference is open to all college-age individuals as well as current high school seniors.

  • Our 2024 Conference host is Eric Treuil from the University of Louisiana and Moriah Offord from Prairie View A&M.

  • Our 2024 speakers are: Matt Carpenter, Jeff Hartsenveld, Kirk Priest, Paul York, CS & Faith Robinson

  • We are thrilled to welcome our friends - Kingdom of Priest which is a collection of students and staff from the Universities of Arkansas Chi Alpha to lead us in worship!

  • Shortly before the Conference, we will share a Spotify playlist with the setlist for this year’s Conference. Watch our Instagram for the release as well!

  • Check-in begins at 12:30 pm on December 29. Check-in for SALT is on the second floor in the Austin Ballroom. You must check-in for SALT first to get your room at the Hotel.

  • You will just need your GOLDEN TICKET!

    (NOTE: If you do not have a GOLDEN TICKET, you will need your debit / credit card for payment.)

  • The schedule will be released closer to the Conference on the website and in the digital Conference Guide.

  • Each afternoon/evening will include free time. On the evening of the 31st, you are on your own for dinner. There will also be big-time " late-night” fun downstairs, including games for the very active and not-so-active and Karaoke!

HOUSING, PARKING, & dining

  • Included with Conference registration are 3 nights in a 2-Queen room at the downtown Sheraton Hotel which connects directly to the Conference Center.

  • Yes! You can indicate roommate preferences during registration! (Please note that all desired roommates will need to be present at check-in to guarantee placement.)

  • You are welcome to stay wherever you like, but we do not have a pricing option for staying off-site.

  • Attendee rooms depend on the type of registration you choose.

    Individual registrations are housed on 2-Queen rooms with 4 people per room.

    Married registrations are housed with 2 people per room, either in 2-Queen or 1-King rooms.

  • Yes! The 2 lunches on the 30th and 31st and dinner on the 30th are included with Conference registration. Menus vary.

  • Yes! We can order special meals for attendees with dietary restrictions. You can request these special meals during registration. If you forgot to request them when you registered, please email us.

  • Within the hotel are the Open Mkt. Grab β€˜N Go, The Open Palette, and the Draft Sports Bar and Lounge. On-site restaurants have difference service times. In general, on-site dining is more expensive than nearby options. Any meals purchased at on-site restaurants are the financial responsibility of attendees.

  • Within walking or quick driving distance of the Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center are many delicious restaurants with options ranging from delis to Chinese and Italian. The Conference Guide released just before the Conference will contain recommendations. (NOTE: Check the limitations of your parking provider before driving - some parking lots don’t allow in/out privileges.)

    1. The quickest and easiest place to park is at the Sheraton Hotel parking garage at a rate of $17 per day (including in/out privileges). You will need to leave credit card info with the hotel when you check into your room to cover the parking charges.

    2. You can also use the ParkMe.com website to search other (potentially free) parking options! These options may not include the ability to move your car from the parking space during your stay, so be sure to ask about in/out privileges before making your decision!
