How much do I have to pay today?
You can pay as little as $50 today – this deposit will hold your spot and lock in your price. (All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.)
Can I make a second payment toward my registration online?
At this time, our online form does not allow registrants to log in and pay a balance online.
When will online registration close?
Online registration will close at midnight (CST) on December 27th, but you will be able to register onsite.
Can I get a receipt for my payment?
A registration confirmation is automatically emailed for each online registration that can serve as a receipt for your online payment.
How many people will be in my room?
Single student rooms are 4 per room. Single staff will be housed 2 per room with other staff unless otherwise indicated.
Who will I be roomed with?
We do our best to honor roommate requests submitted with registration forms but they are not guaranteed. Registrants without roommate requests will be placed with others from their campus when possible.
Can I get a refund?
Every registration includes a $50 deposit which is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you paid more than the registration deposit online, everything over the deposit is refunded upon request. (Example: You paid $199 when you registered online but can no longer attend. We can refund you $149.)
